And also different landscapes, some in protected areas: volcanos, marshes,
islands, woods,..And our masía in Tortellà The closest airport is Girona airport (50km from Tortellà), but unfortunately, most of the flights are charter flights from April to October, coming mainly from United Kingdom, Germany and Holland. If you are coming from one of these countries, it could be suitable for you, but the frequency is a bit limited.Ask your travel agency and good luck!! Car rental is available in the airport, but it is better to book before, especially during the summertime. The other possibility is Barcelona airport(150km from Tortellà via the A-7 motorway). Here you don't have any problem: there are regular flights from any European country, and from other continents, the usual destination is Madrid, which has at least 4 connections an hour with Barcelona. All the main rental car companies have offices in the airport, but note that possibly you can get better offers for a week's rental booking in your own country, rather than from here. Now we give you the indications to drive to Tortellà, depending

see anybody. FROM THE NORTH AND EAST ( FRANCE, LA JONQUERA, FIGUERES)
FROM THE WEST ( VIC, RIPOLL, OLOT)
Coming from Olot, you take the N-260 in direction Besalú. After passing
the impressive village of Castellfollit de la Roca hanging over
the Fluvià river, you turn left in direction Montagut. Once in
Montagut, don't enter the village, but go straight ahead, and by the school
building you will see the signpost saying Tortellà. The bending
