Rural accommodation in Girona (Spain). House to rent.

Mas Ca la Coixa is not a bed and breakfast, we only can offer lodging for groups of different size in independent accomodations (more details below -description-). The old barn was recently rebuilt in rustic style but with all the comfort and security devices required in public establishments. There is a large garden area with garden furniture, surrounded by holm-oak woods. The masia has its own vegetable garden, fruit trees and farm animals (horses). Seasonal fruit and vegetables are on sale for the guests. Pets are not allowed. There are some extremely pleasant walks around the house, the Llierca river and the village. If you are keen on sports, in Tortella you will find a public swimming-pool and tennis court. We also have our own swimming pool.

The 3 apartments have central heating and hot water by diesel. There is a washing-machine on guests disposal in a room away from the apartments. All the apartments are fully provided with linen, blankets, towells,toilet paper,kitchen utensils and cleaning products stock. Every kitchen is fully equipped with electric devices offering the comfort you are looking for in your holidays: microwave oven, dish-washer machine, fridge, cooker, bread-toaster, stem blender. In the livingroom there is a file with useful information about the area.And remember that we live only 20 meters appart, for any information, advice, anything missed, broken or not working properly, the solution is easy to find.

4A people:
Apartment for 4 people (60 square metres). It contains two double rooms (12 square meters each) with double beds, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chair in each of them. There are large windows in the bedrooms with spectacular views of Tortellà and the mountains around.One extra bed for children can be provided if necessary. There is a private bathroom in every room with washbasin, toilet and shower. In the living-room (16 square meters) you will find a settee, two tables with six chairs and a TV set. Useful information about the area can be found in a file, and some games for family entertainment (chess, cards, dice, ludo). The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, cooker.

Apartment for 5 people (80 square metres). It has one triple room (15 square metres each), with a 150x200 bed and a 90x190 bed, and one double room (15 square metres each), with a 150x200 bed, both with firm spring mattress. there is a large window facing south, a wardrobe in old rustic style, a chair and three bedside tables. There are two bathrooms, each one containing a large bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The living-room contains a large wooden table with two benches in rustic style, a settee (that can turn into a double bed if necessary) and a welcoming corner with three wicker armchairs and a small table. A TV set, some games(cards, chess, ludo) and a file with information about the area, can be found in this room. The kitchen is not very large (6 square metres), but is perfectly equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and cooker.
